The folks at Diehl of Moon were amazing and gave me zero pressure or hassles. I had gone in on the 29th of November to shop around, as I was doing at all the dealerships on that row. Other dealership reps either took out a tablet and had me scroll on my own like I had at home on my own phone, or in one case turned on a car to try out and didn’t even bother to walk out with me to see it. But the young man (I’m sorry I forgot his name) that helped me at Diehl was interactive, engaging, and overall awesome! He took me to the cars on the lot, let me start them up and inspected them with me, and even did a few test drives with me. He had no problem seeing about getting me some potential pricing info, even though I was still on the fence. The next day I returned and met with Joe and Lucas who helped me finalize my purchase and even though it was late and past closing, stayed and made sure I was taken care of! These guys are knowledgeable, polite, and engaging with their clients and I cannot praise them enough for their quality! They are simply amazing!
