Took Jeep for oil change and to have them look at auto-stop that was not working. They drove the Jeep and said could not diagnose issue because wasnt warm enough...no fix and charged $160 diagnostic fee because "no repair" was done. Never mentioned there would be a fee except to say if it was fixed they waive the fee cause covered by warranty. Complete dishonesty and rip off. Wouldnt do anything because GM was not there. Do not take your car here for service as you will get charged for them to "test drive" your vehicle then tell YOU there is no issue and oh btw you owe us $160 to do nothing.

Awesome buying experience.

The folks at Diehl of Moon were amazing and gave me zero pressure or hassles. I had gone in on the 29th of November to shop around, as I was doing at all the dealerships on that row. Other dealership reps either took out a tablet and had me scroll on my own like I had at home on my own phone, or in one case turned on a car to try out and didn’t even bother to walk out with me to see it. But the young man (I’m sorry I forgot his name) that helped me at Diehl was interactive, engaging, and overall awesome! He took me to the cars on the lot, let me start them up and inspected them with me, and even did a few test drives with me. He had no problem seeing about getting me some potential pricing info, even though I was still on the fence. The next day I returned and met with Joe and Lucas who helped me finalize my purchase and even though it was late and past closing, stayed and made sure I was taken care of! These guys are knowledgeable, polite, and engaging with their clients and I cannot praise them enough for their quality! They are simply amazing!

I made a service appointment through their website. When I arrived the manager told me that he didn’t know why my appointment was made. They had no employees working at the time. It really ticked me off that they allowed their system to make an appointment and not calling to change the appointment

We just recently purchased our 3rd car from Bill. He makes the car buying process more enjoyable and tolerable. Lisa that handled all of the financing was great too

Great sales,service, and personnel! Joe Carpini in sales is great to work with. Offered very fair trade in on our older Ram, good price on a very nice used Ram, and went out of his way to meet a suitable delivery schedule by holding the used truck we were buying for an additional week (we greatly appreciated that). We have used the service department at Moon in the past and are very pleased with them. They were always up front about the service costs, repairs were made in good time, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. This is a great dealership!

Deihl auto in Robinson township mechanic broke my oil filter canister after they changed my oil then tried to make me pay and repair it. They made up a story saying it was leaking prior to me bringing in my vehicle. Furthermore during inspection made up a bunch of false and fake charges saying things I needed . I took my keys and got in inspected for 200 bucks elsewhere instead of thousands of repairs from Deihl Auto. Beware don’t take car or truck there they will damage your vehicle or make up false charges. BEWARE

I did not purchase directly from Diehl of Moon but from Butler who had my vehicle transferred from the Moon location. All service was “done” at the Moon location. “Inspection” was performed here as well. My vehicle was drove less than 200 miles and not acting right. Knowing enough about cars I called and made an appointment they got me in the next week. This vehicle was supposedly inspected a month prior to being sold under 40,000 miles blown leaking suspension. Never disclosed. I would not trust these guys to fix anything if they can’t even do a correct inspection on a vehicle they are willing to sell.

My entire experience at Diehl was great! I had interacted with other truck dealerships but most had a “take it or leave it” attitude. I contacted Diehl about a new truck on their website on Monday evening and Bill Vargo reached out to me within a few minutes to answer any questions I had. We discussed pricing and agreed upon what I felt was an extremely fair price with generous discounts. Bill and I worked together on financing options over the next couple days and I put a small deposit down on the truck to hold it for me. I picked up the truck a few days later and only spent maybe an hour at the dealership. Bill Vargo was the perfect mix of being helpful, responsive and available! I would highly recommend reaching out to Diehl and specifically Bill Vargo if you are in the market for a new truck!

Went to buy a truck they had listed, not great service from the beginning. Got the loan for the truck that same day was told they will not take a deposit to hold the truck, called the next morning first thing they said the truck is yours we will get the paper work started. A hour later they called back and said we actually sold the truck 2 days ago. The salesmanship was awful.

Quick and easy. AJ gave me a fair price for my 2020 Equinox.

Called today for service. They charge $160 diagnostic fee on top of repairs. We typically use our local mechanics, but our son had issues with his car at Robert Morris. I asked if we get the car fixed if the diagnostics charge would go towards the repair. They said no. I knew it was like that before. Probably changed with COVID.

Tom was a pleasure to work with! They made a deal that I couldn’t pass up! I previously had a lemon law case and they made sure my experience this time was a great one!

The staff were very courteous and patient. This car buying experience had several ups and downs; but, through it all, we endured. This was a deal that wasn’t expected. It kind of fell into our laps, due to the salesman knowing the dealerships inventory and our needs. I originally only came to the dealership to sell a vehicle and ended up purchasing a 2024 Toyota Sienna, handicap accessible, vehicle.
